Municipal Mayor



            He was born on January 11, 1970 at Dagupan City. He is the eldest child of former Mayor, now Municipal Vice-Mayor Salvador M. Perez, Sr.  and Doňa Julia Sison-Perez.

            He completed his elementary education at the Juan C. Laya Memorial School in the year 1982. He graduated High School at St. Mary’s Dominican School in the 1986.

            He took up Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at University of Pangasinan, Dagupan City.

            He has nine children: Shally Julie Ann, Christine Jessica, Salvania Jerica, Queena Celosia, John Paul, Jerylyn, Alainah, Julian Victor and Alain Jerico, Jr.

            He worked as the Executive Assistant of former Mayor Salvador M. Perez, Sr.  Municipality of San Manuel.

            He was elected as Municipal Vice-Mayor of San Manuel in the year 2007.

            He was elected Municipal Mayor of San Manuel in the year 2010, his first term with a landslide vote.

            He was recognized by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) as Outstanding Municipal Vice-Mayor of 6th District, Pangasinan in the year 2009. He was also renowned with Effective Leadership in the implementation of Alternative Learning System (ALS) by the Department of Education (DepED) on August, 2010.

            He was awarded with Outstanding Achievements: Exemplary Performance & Strong Support for Alternative Learning System (ALS) by the Department of Education (DepED) on August, 2011.

            With relentless effort in serving the people of this municipality, he also prioritizes many projects such as education through scholarship program and assistance to different schools, effective public health services, and benefits for the senior citizens, financial assistance to indigents and needy,   infrastructure projects and of course boosting the tourism of our town through the community’s participation in different programs and activities.
